I had such a great experience at Brakes Plus today, and I especially want to recognize Cameron for his amazing customer service! They were able to thoroughly check out our vehicle, completely replace the thermostat, perform a coolant flush, and an engine flush, all in a timely manner. Cameron did an incredible job communicating throughout the entire process. He made sure we understood exactly what was going on, explained everything clearly, and kept us informed along the way. That level of communication and transparency really made us feel taken care of. Thank you, Cameron, and the entire Brakes Plus team, for taking such great care of us and our vehicle! I had a great experience at Brakes Plus! I went in for an oil change, but they also completed a tire rotation and quick inspection for a few dollars more. They let me know that my rear brakes were in the red zone, and brought me out to look at them. I really appreciated Kyle's honesty and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything without any pressure and made sure I understood what needed to be done. He also applied available coupons for both the oil change and the brake service, which I really appreciated. It's refreshing to find a shop that's honest, transparent, and focused on taking care of their customers. I'll definitely be coming back!

I really love this Break Plus location! One of the workers Bruce was absolutely amazing! So sweet, so patient. I’ve never been to brakes plus before and I honestly see myself coming back here. Bruce definitely needs a raise. Great customer service!

Albert and the team were great! They provided tremendous value with a FREE INSPECTION and prior to beginning the work brought me into the shop to show me the work required explaining every detail and answering all my questions. On top of the overall exceptional experience LIFE TIME WARRANTY on my brake pads. Super impressed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
